The Wisconsin River bike and pedestrian bridge and I have a lot of history. I have been on this trail during every season and today enjoyed my oldest run along side me where I used to push her almost every day on her way to day care.

It’s the time of year we hear a lot about “Christmas Spirit.” This is one of the many context of “spirit”. Recently, I had the opportunity to speak to about 50 sixth grade students on the topic of Spirit as part of a kickoff on a focus on Mind, Body, and Spirit. At IRONBULL we have a phrase “WHY NOT?” that encompasses our spirit.

Dressing for the weather
With the start of winter, seemingly overnight, it’s important to dress for the weather. This weekend’s Milwaukee Area Fall Frenzy Adventure Race was a great example of how preparation can make a cold day a great day!
