The Wisconsin River bike and pedestrian bridge and I have a lot of history. I have been on this trail during every season and today enjoyed my oldest run along side me where I used to push her almost every day on her way to day care.

With little paddling experience, our family escaped to the Bittersweet Lakes State Natural Area to enjoy the solitude normally experienced miles into remote wilderness like the Boundary Waters.

A dream come true to have my 8 year old join me for her first adventure race…and love every minute of the Chasin’ the Bone 4 hour race!
