“We’re very excited to be able to partner with IRONBULL, and support their mission. Together we have mutual goals, which include both supporting our community and promoting healthy lifestyles. We look forward to this weekend’s bike race, and a continued relationship with the IRONBULL series of events,” said Kevin Eichelberger, Red Eye co-owner and award-winning brewer.

IRONBULL named Red Eye as its official beer with the Wausau Noon Optimist Club serving each racer a choice of multiple craft brews from Red Eye at its event.  Spectators may purchase onsite with proceeds benefiting the Wausau Noon Optimist Club and IRONBULL.

“It’s community-minded businesses such as Red Eye that make Wausau a special place to live, work, and recreate,” said Bill Bertram, vice president of IRONBULL.  “So, it’s a natural fit for Red Eye and IRONBULL to work together towards this common purpose.”

About 200 racers have pre-registered for the October 17 event, starting and ending on the 400 Block.  Racers choose from a variety of race distances including 50, 85, and 140 mile options.  The event also offers a 12 mile recreational ride for non-competitive riders and is free to children.
