Duathlon and triathlon series in Wausau

WAUSAU (WAOW - Addison Van Patten) - It might look a bit different -- but there's a triathlon going on right now.

A few corrections

1) IRONBULL is working with the Wausau & Marathon County Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Department, not the DNR for these triathlon courses

2) Paddling portions of the race are on the Wisconsin River and Lake Wausau, not swimming. People may swim at the Woodson YMCA if they are a Woodson YMCA member.

3) Biking is all on paved roads and local bike accommodations for the short and long courses.

4) The event benefits the Woodson YMCA, helping fund their scholarship programs
