I have to admit, I didn’t even know about the Eau Claire River Trail until a couple of weeks ago. But I immediately put it on my ride list - little did I know about all the other things I’d discover on this ride!
With the Safer at Home order, our family is limiting our grocery runs. Rather than fretting when we are greeted with bare shelves in the bread aisle, we see this as an opportunity to have some family time making and enjoying homemade bread.
It’s the time of year we hear a lot about “Christmas Spirit.” This is one of the many context of “spirit”. Recently, I had the opportunity to speak to about 50 sixth grade students on the topic of Spirit as part of a kickoff on a focus on Mind, Body, and Spirit. At IRONBULL we have a phrase “WHY NOT?” that encompasses our spirit.
