ALL PRE-RACE DAY ACTIVITIES AT THE MILK HAUS located at 115315 Township Road, Athens, WI 54411 (parking available onsite)

2:00 pm:  Free group ride departs – race director is available for any questions

3:30-5:30 pm:  Women’s free skills clinic led by Laura Hrubes and sponsored by Embark Maple (must pre-register)

4:00-7:00 pm: Racer packet pickup

5:00-7:00 pm:  Red Eye Beer beer release and live music – invite your friends and family!

7:00 pm: Pre-race briefing with Q&A

601 W Limit Rd, Athens, WI 54411
Note NO parking at Erbach Park

5:30 - 6:30 am: Packet pick up for 100 & 150 mile racers

6:45 am: Pre-race debriefing for 100 & 150 mile races

7:00 am: 100 & 150 mile race start with police escort

8:15-9:30 am: Packet pick up for 50 mile racers

9:45 am: Pre-race debriefing for 50 mile races

10:00 am: 50 mile race start with police escort

1:00 - 6:00 pm: Food available for racers and available for purchase for spectators from Urban Street Bistro food truck (we will box up extra meals for racers still on course)

1:30 - 2:30 pm: Packet pick up for Kocourek Kids riders

2:45 pm: Pre-ride debriefing for Kocourek Kids riders

3:00 pm: Kocourek Kids Ride start

Podium awards will be awarded as overall men’s and women’s podiums fill

3:05 pm: 50 & 100 mile age group awards

7:30 pm: 150 mile age group awards
